How your order is made

Everything here is printed for you when you order it. Nothing is held in stock, which is why an order takes a few days to be made before it is even posted — and why every item arrives new and made for you rather than picked off a shelf.

A Wonder NOTE takes one step longer, and the step is yours: the gift cannot be printed until you have written the notes and pressed Finish, because the QR code we print is the one that leads to them. If you have lost the link to do that, we can send it again.

Delivery

Where we send to, how long it takes and what it costs are still to be confirmed and will be published here before launch. We will not quote a delivery time we have not measured.

You will get an email when your order is confirmed. Tracking, where the printer provides it, follows when the parcel is despatched.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong

Tell us and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you would rather have. A photograph of the problem helps us sort it out quickly with the printer. Please get in touch within a reasonable time of it arriving; the exact window is to be confirmed.

If a QR code on your Wonder Drop does not scan, that is a fault and we will replace it. It is not something you need to live with.

Changing your mind

Standard items. The cancellation and returns window is to be confirmed before this is published. It will say a real number of days that Kylie and Jen have agreed to honour, rather than a figure copied from a mockup.

Wonder NOTE and anything personalised. A Wonder NOTE is made for one person — the QR code printed on it leads to their notes and to nobody else’s, so it cannot be sold to anyone else. Personalised goods are generally exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right for that reason. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. The exact wording, and which law it sits under, is to be confirmed.

If you have bought a Wonder NOTE and have not yet written the notes, get in touch before you do — nothing has been printed at that point and there is far more we can do.
